This was an amazing meal and experience. The owner/hostess/waitress was phenomenal and very entertaining. The food was fantastic, authentic and delectable. I could have had gallons of tea and been very American in my food portions, but I was reserved and so pleasantly content. I will, do and can't recommend Yokohama highly enough.

Found Yokohama by chance because a different location that we went to was closed for renovation. Boy was I excited to find out that this location has authentic true Chinese food. My noodle bowl was just like what I had in China back in the 90s. They offer spicy mild or even knock your socks off nuclear! The best part was there was three of us and the bill with tip was less than $80 and we all had more than our fill! Fresh sushi made right on site in front of you while you wait. Excellent service they even offer beer as an alternative to water. Can't wait to go back!

The best sushi I've had in Tampa. Can order takeout. Service is always prompt and courteous. Goyza is excellent and a handful of traditional Japanese dishes for the non-sushi eaters. Several faux-sushi options too (krab, fried shrimp, etc.)

I've been to many Japanese restaurants in different states and nothing compares to Yokohama right here in central FL. Whenever we come down to FL this is my go to place for a nice lunch or dinner. The food is great, tasty and quality!! Worth the money. I recommend this place to anyone.
