Food was good (fried chicken wings are my favorite). Hostess doesn’t appear to know how to tell time since she told us it would be a 30 min wait (we got there before the doors even opened) but we ended up waiting an hour and a half.... we saw plenty of other tables getting sat that weren’t there before us. If you want people to come back, try teaching the employees some sense of decorum or skill when it comes to seating tables. I’d rather go to a restaurant that is more well organized and cares about the happiness of the patrons. Ramen at the end of the day is just soup.

Food is decent. They make their own noodles and the broth is rich and smokey. Judging by the black liquid in the broth, I suspect the smokey flavor is from Liquid Smoke, not from the pork. Wait time is horrible because they are slow. The time between a party leaving and seating the next party at that table is about 15-20 minutes. Ambiance is trendy. They have a large waiting area with a bar and board games.

If you go you've gotta get the chicken wings. You'll end up ordering another one! I haven't had a bad dish yet. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You may find it a bit pricey but everything is fresh. They even make their own noodles.

Very small gem hidden in the corner of Orlando. Ramen is great as well as their fried chicken appetizer. Customer service is impeccable. Wait time, however, is the thing holding them down... they need to expand to have more seating area. Since they don't do reservations, the average wait time is an hour and a half to two hours. If you want to be seated quickly, I advise to wait outside until they're open at 5PM.

Loved the experience! I took my cousin to show her that Orlando can do Ramen as good as NY and she was equally impressed. Even though we had to wait over an hour for a table, it was an easy hour! Their bar area has an menu of small plates, well crafted cocktails and BOARD GAMES! The atmosphere and the employees were all amazing. Once we were sat to eat, we ate at the kitchen bar counter. It was really a fun experience getting to watch all of the chefs prepare the food. She ordered their vegan ramen bowl with a soft egg added and I ordered the curry bowl medium (heads up: medium is pretty spicy!) we LOVED our choices! This is not really a place for kids but I would recommend it to anyone wanting a night out with friends or a date night!
