Appointments are easy to schedule and they handle all of the insurance stuff. I get my cpap and supplies from them. I really like Kris. He doesn't rush you to make a decision when choosing a mask and lets you try everything even if he doesn't think it will fit right. I like that he wears one as well, it makes me feel that he's more knowledgeable since he can speak from experience.
What I don't like is their phone ordering system. It's a bit of a hassle. It's automated and calls when it's time to reorder to check and see how things are going which is nice, but if you need supplies you can't just select an option to have them sent. You have to call them after the automated call so I don't really see the point. Also, shipping for reorders could be faster. I have gone through three other medical supply companies in the last 10 years and Norco is my top choice even with the cons.

Not a good experience with this company. Told by my doctor to work with this company. I set up appointment to come in for a sleep apna machine and was treated like I had to work only with them to get my machine and supplies. I was then told I HAD to give them my credit card number before I even came in to my appointment for their records. Never gave me a good reason as to why they needed it- other than policy. I don't buy that. I ended up cancelling my appointment, when I found out by doing my own research I could save myself several hundred dollars by getting my equipment with another company, and paying up front myself for it, rather than using up my insurance funds and deductibles. What a racket. They bill the insurance companies to pay for them, after they rack up the fee's on these machines. This I did, after talking to my doctor, who is fully aware of what choices I have made to get my equipment some where else. When I called Norco to let them know I would not be using their services, I was argued with when I told them I would not be coming in. I asked them to destroy my account records and credit card number from their records. She told me that I had to have ordered something from them to have my credit card on file. NO, I told her, they insisted on having it before I even arrive for my first appointment. I told her that this really was an issue with me for doing business with them. I wish I had never gave it to them. She basically hung up on me, not confirming that she would destroy my credit card number from their files. I do not recommend doing business with them.
So, end of sad story, as you can see below ... they wanted me to call to discuss the issue with them, I did return the call within an hour. Was promised a call back from the office manager Oana. NEVER heard from her or anyone else. It's been a week. Again, I do not recommend doing business with them. They do not truly care about you or your business.

Horrible experience with this company, call them when my son born to get milk pump for my wife . Call them because my insurance gave me their number. They told me to come to store . On arrival I told them that I will take it only if it's free. 90 min later they called insurance and said it will be free to me. Well 3 months later and now they are trying to send a bill for $150 saying my insurance didn't cover it all. What a joke , they customer service is beyond a joke you call them and they will hang up on you. Stay away folks find another place .

We highly recommend Norco for CPAP equipment and expertise. Reaching informed and caring Norco employees by phone is always easy when we've called them. We had a bad experience with a competitor (Lincare), so called Norco, where our concerns were heard, understood, and acted upon by caring staff. After waiting nearly a month for the competitor without getting our needs filled, it was a delight to find Norco could help us and did it within one week.
