Good people who provide excellent service. I called in for help with a patient looking for a lightweight walker. The staff there not only gave me a couple of options, describing each one. But also called back the next day to let me know he had found some additional walkers. Much appreciated.

My wife is getting out of the hospital today and I called because I wanted to get her a medical bed for a while. Dr. is saying that she can't sleep flat for a while. I canned Shamrock Medical to see about getting a bed delivered. They were so nice and helpful. They told me that this will all be handled through the discharge at the hospital and the insurance company and I shouldn't have to do anything. What I appreciated about all this is that they didn't just try and sell me a service that I may not need. The gentleman who answered the phone patiently answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. All of this without trying to sell me on anything. Thank you for your help and I will defiantly be calling if I need equipment.

Mark came out and picked up my VA issued power chair and returned it 24 hours later fixed. That's nearly a miracle. Doing anything with my equipment with the VA is usually a long and painful process. This time was no exception; until Shamrock Medical came out and took care of the problem. I definitely trust and appreciate these folks! They treated me like a person not like a name and a number!
