I have to say that this company is better than 5 stars.  I called today, one day after Thanksgiving inquiring as to whether I could get a one day delivery for portable oxygen tanks, and the customer service rep I worked with was kind, considerate, and went out of her way to make sure I could get the much needed supplies.  And they were delivered the same day!!!! I don't know who she was, but this lady was amazing!  I thought it was going to be as late as Monday to receive the oxygen, but she made it happen even tho there were issues with my account.  Hope you can find out who she was as she deserves a well deserved thank you!
