Highly recommended, very caring and attentive staff. Prices for shots are inline with discount places like Petco. When my last dog was fatally injured by a Mountain Lion they got me right in on an emergency basis early in the morning, and even though the dog could not be saved they were great and sent me a sympathy card later.

The vets are fantastic, my pets always get the best care. BUT... the organization of the front desk workers was in a completely confused state my last three visits. They kept asking me what shots my cat needed (don't they refer to records?) And charged me for two separate vaccinations when they were in a combined shot. Originally they quoted me three price of just one vaccination because that was all we thought he needed. Then when it came time to giver him the shot it turned out he needed both but they were in the same shot anyway. They didn't say that for the same exact product I would now have to pay twice as much just because they suddenly said he needed both vaccines. After lots of polite but firm requests on my part to have this ordeal sorted out honestly they did finally decide to fix the bill. But I'm afraid I just can't go back again.

Every time we have taken the puppies their we have gotten answers and the people have been friendly.

Couldn't help my dog after 3 times there. They had no idea what was wrong. I was so scared and thought he was going to die. They were the original vet my dogs breeder suggested. Currently looking for a new vet.
