They are definitely pricier and often want to run tests before they are willing to prescribe antibiotics, which is always what I ultimately end up getting. However, they have great staff. I love Dr. Mackintosh and the techs I have worked with. I’ve taken plenty of my pets there and they have always been friendly. They often do follow up calls to make sure things are going well. They remember me and will ask about other pets I’ve brought in. They can always get my an appointment that day. They have amazing hours that work with my schedule. Their fee to have my pets stay there during the day is great. I love this vet and now that I know them better, I definitely feel more comfortable saying no to tests I don’t feel like I need for my pets.

I took my 12 week old Husky puppy there last night and they were so amazing. They not only made Meiko feel loved and important to them... they also made me feel important. I had the sniffles and one of the guys who worked there noticed and took time to bring me Kleenex and a clean trash can. The vet tech Ann who was taking care of us was amazing and his vet Mrs. McIntosh both explained everything to me... answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. Ann even called this afternoon just to check on him and left a message cause I was busy. Meiko is doing great. The probiotics in one dose has made a difference in his stool and frequency. I am glad I was also told about Meiko being a perfect weight I thought he looked skinny, but he isnt at all. He's been very comfortable and has been more relaxed and even more loving. We are so happy that we found a great vet to take care of him. We can't wait to see you in a few weeks for his next visit. Thank you all for making us feel comfortable.

By far the kindest and most caring group of people that have ever taken care of my many dogs through the years. I had a dog I had to put down once who I deeply cherished, they were compassionate and helped me through the process and even took the time to send me a sympathy card signed by the entire staff. I don't know how you could ask for more.

I trust these doctors with my dogs who are basically my kids. Very knowledgeable vets and the staff is always friendly. Love their waiting area with coffee, cookies and candy. Always kept very clean, which I appreciate. They do tend to run more than the most basic tests, but they always ask first and explain why they are necessary.
