Banfield Pet Hospital

Went for a follow up from a UTI. First, had to schedule for a later date than intended after I was already there because my follow up directions were wrong and they didn't notice to tell me earlier. Then get another urine analysis done and they told me he had a lot of crystals and needed to be on a prescription diet and checked for stones. Took him to another vet 2 days later and his urine is completely normal! Wondering if they messed up somehow but I'm still out over $100 for a wrong diagnosis! The assistants and receptionists themselves were nice at least.

I bring my three dogs and two cats here and their staff is simply amazing. Every time I walk in they are cheerful and willing to help out in every way they can. Their pet plans are affordable and I feel like my pets are completely taken care of at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend you bring your pets here if you are in need of a vet that you can trust and is affordable.

Absolutely love Banfield! I been taking my pets for 3 years to them now. The wellness plan do actually save my tons of money every year. Even when my pets get sick they get a discount on services and medication! I love the staff and the doctors, the girls at the front desk are always friendly and the techs along with the doctors always seem to care about my pet like it was their own. Recommended it 100%

The vet tech did not make the appointment for my dog. She gave me all the information to make sure that my dog was ready for the operation. Showed up to the appointment and they told me the appointment was never made.
