Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital

I have been here twice now. Once over a year ago when my puppy had injured his eye and now for an annual checkup. The service was quick and very informative and the prices are exceptionally reasonable. Everyone room time to answer all my questions and they were very gentle with my puppy.

My dog got sick and we had to put him down unexpectedly. The facility itself was very nice and the staff was was great too. The reason for the 1 star review is they lost my dogs ashes after he died. Let me repeat what I just said, THIS VET LOST MY DOGS ASHES AFTER HE DIED. I was in complete disbelief and sadness. I had my wedding coming up and was planning on bringing his ashes to the ceremony but that was now out of the question. The vet apologized and wanted to place a donation to an organization of my choice in his honor. I told them they can make that donation in my name and put that donation back into my checking account, I was not going to pay for their negligence. They played ball and gave me a refund. The moral of the story is this vet handled everything the best they could under the circumstances we were all under. Unfortunately, at the end of the day, I lost my best friend of 14 years forever and they lost the little I had left to cherish and remember him by.

I highly recommend Pine Creek Veterinary Clinic! I’ve been taking my two dogs there for about a year. The whole staff cares for your pet so much. They treated my dogs like they were their own. The utmost care & concern has gone into every visit. And Dr. Christy Fisher just completed a successful surgery on my dog and he’s doing great. I am forever grateful.

Our dog has a tendency to fear strangers. We were so pleased with how easily he went with the Vet Tech to get some blood drawn and he came back with his tail wagging. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and takes great care of pup patients. We will definitely be back for all of his care!

Unfortunately, today we had to make the decision to let our 13 year old baby German Shepherd go. I can't speak highly enough about the Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital staff. Everyone was extremely comforting and professional throughout the whole process. They helped make this sad day a little easier with their delicate care. Thank you to everyone we talked to, from the guy on the phone making the appointment to the technicians, vet and front desk...you all helped make today easier for our whole family!
