Great time at waterfall repelling with my wife. Intermediate skill level. Good balance a plus. Some steep hiking required. Had two great guides and felt very safe the whole time. Bring your own backpack for Your stuff Not gear. Water shoes is a must (very slippery). Gloves too in my opinion. Water is rather cold if you choose to repel in it. Very fun!

Great friendly knowledgeable guides who can take you and teach you on trips all over the Northeast as well as a far. Good value for their courses especially their Avalanche safety course. Check them out for your next trip!

Simple and cheep lodging at the bunkhouse. Make sure you get the key code for the back door in your confirmation email or you will have to bang on the door until someone lets you in. They have showers so bring a towel and toiletries aswell!

Absolutely the worse company I have ever had to deal with. We called set up our time to do a waterfall repel. Got the confirmation email. Called back the next day to reschedule to a sooner day, the girl confirmed on the phone our new time and date. Show up for a date and time. And no one was here. No guide, no other repelers. Apparently they had canceled the trip do to possible rain. We drove 3 hours and 180 miles to get there. We called the company. Apparently the employee had never switched our reservations over to the day we rescheduled for. They told us there was nothing they could do for us and I quote "what the hell are you even doing there if you never received a confirmation email." From the owner himself! Appaling! Thr employees failed to do their job by switching the reservation that she confirmed with us over the phone. And because she didn't so that we never received a confirmation email. And because we didn't receive a confirmation email apparently it was our own fault for thinking we were scheduled for that time slot!!! Biggest POS I have ever had to deal with. We also ran into a lady who was there the day before who said she ran into a group of girls who were also upset because their guide was no where to be found!!! don't waste your money!!!!
