It was our first time snowmobiling. Bri and Butch did a great job of explaining everything about the machines and made us feel confident and safe. Definitely worth the time to try and we would recommend them to anyone looking for an entry level experience. Looking forward to our next visit to try the quads.

Went for snow mobile ride today ... great experience... Kelly was our tour guide ... she was so friendly n nice ... she even gave my 10 yr old daughter a chance to ride I would highly recommend this place Ask for kelly ... Thanks guys .. we will be returning for some more fun soon

Kelly and Bri are FANTASTIC. They have restored my faith that there still is such a thing as customer service! From the very first phone call from Kelly responding to my initial inquiry, to the very last phone call when she pro-actively was making sure we had the correct directions, and every touchpoint in between (like pictures she sent us of Matilda the Moose) – it was clear that Kelly actually cared about making sure my family was going to have a blast! We planned this excursion as a present for my nephews 14th birthday and he was sooooo excited to be able to drive his very own ATV. Kelly and Bri made sure that not only he felt confident, secure, and safe to be able to drive (for his very first time ever), but that we all felt the same (including his nervous mom). Additionally, we had my 6 year old nephew who has autism in tow with us, and weren’t completely sure how he would respond to all the sensory overload. With that , Kelly made sure to do multiple check ins during the course, stop for pictures, and engaged with him and everyone in the party throughout our ride. As a result of Kelly and Bri’s amazing knack for planning a perfect day, my 14 year old nephew said it was the best birthday present/experience ever and my autistic 6 year old nephew said it was an absolute adventure and he wanted more! Success! We owe it all to Kelly and Bri- so thank you ladies for everything. We will absolutely be coming back! I recommend that if you are reading this, that you make sure to visit Outback asap!
