I have been riding this bus 4/15 years and I have never never had a problem with it everything has been great I've always brought my service dog with me which I've had no issue with and she usually sits up on the seat next to me on her pillow due to my illness so she could take the lot easier but for some reason this time the driver Brian siggno she has to be on Allure well with certain medical conditions I have I cannot just have her on floor she has to be able to smell my breath to see where they are at you certain order for my diabetes and many other things so that was a big disappointment otherwise it would have been all stars Rick Ross and by the way Mike is an outstanding driver very willing to help help carry bags on stuff what is there some type of eye recognition on award for that is one outstanding bus driver and human being thank you Angie

Clean, easy access, prompt service except ticket agent works part-time.

Website is not user friendly. I just want to find the rates and departure times. Can't find it. Site also says there's no office in wen, but i know there is.
