SeaTac International Airport (SEA) Departures

Easy car rental return and fast shuttle to the airport. Once inside check in was a breeze. Even though the tsa line was long, the wait was short and hassle free. There are endless numbers is shops and restaurants inside. I could spend a day looking around the airport alone. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked. All in all it was an enjoyable visit and I can’t wait to come here again.

Easy to get through security here; many lines open and not many people waiting. However in the terminal itself we noticed that there isn't a Subway restaurant which is very disappointing. The transportation here on the link it was fine and very inexpensive. It was disappointing that the monorail was not working till after 8 on a Saturday morning but it has nothing to do with the airport so all in all this airport is a good experience but the food offerings were not what I was expecting. The people were friendly and there was a place to plug in electronics by the seats. Just to clarify: we're in the Alaska airlines terminal. Perhaps the regular airport is different.

Excellent airport with a people mover. TSA is a little slower than usual but not as bad as LAX. Has lots of shops and large domestic terminals. Overall, plenty of flights and an excellent, major airport.

Seattle has the coolest airport. You can sit in rocking chairs in front of floor to ceiling glass windows and watch planes take off. There is good food from locally based businesses. You can shop at places like Fireworks and Sub Pop and find really unique gifts to take home. There is an underground train that takes you from terminal to terminal. I always come a little early so I can take it all in.

The Wi-Fi never works at the airport, no matter where I've tried it. I'm starting to think it doesn't really exist, or it's limited to only certain people. SeaTac got saved one extra star by having outlets and charging stations in most parts of their airport. You just have to get there early in time to get one, since they're usually taken up. The Uber/Lyft/ride-share pick up location is hard to find, since it's in the middle of a parking lot floor, but at least we can get picked up at the airport.
