Only giving one star because I can't give anything lower. Dispatcher Deborah is extremely rude and disrespectful. If you try and tell her anything regarding a driver or location she will raise her voice and yell above you while telling you it doesn't matter what you say. I've never encountered such customer service from a business that is contracted with schools in my entire life. I feel as if she's been there a long time and has a sense of entitlement to her job- as in, it's my word over yours and it doesn't matter what you say. I've spoke with her several times over the school year and EVERYTIME ends in her yelling over me. I would get her off the phone line immediately. She should not be the face of the business in any shape or form.

I know it's the beginning of the school year and new drivers are learning new routes....HOWEVER there seems to be a lack of common sense. I take my son to a bus stop everyday on Route 6 to Lincoln High School. Different drivers everyday. One day a bus driver was coming towards the stop and flew through every intersection, not hesitating too see if a vehicle was approaching. Another day the bus driver stopped about half a block away from the stop and students had to walk from the stop to the bus. Yesterday the bus stopped 2 or 3 blocks from the stop and sat there while approximately a dozen students stood in the rain. I drove to the bus and asked why he wasn't picking up the students. He said it wasn't time yet. He still had a few minutes, so the students continued to stand in the rain instead of sitting on the bus. I was told there would be a new pickup time starting today - 6:49. The bus arrived at 6:56 going the opposite direction of the route. I was texting with my son and he said the driver kept pulling over and reading the instructions. Apparently the driver did the route backwards. Good grief! I just called the Tacoma office. The call immediately goes to music. Never any comments about when or if they will answer your call. Hung up after 5 minutes. Next day: Bus came early and didn't wait til scheduled time to leave. Two students were running to the bus and driver took off!

They are a great company to work for. Staff is friendly and fun, courteous. I enjoy working for them.

Great place to work! Good Trainers who can teach anyone to get a CDL and drive safely. For those who say they could never drive a big vehicle, come and give it a try.
