When the website says this place closes at 6:30pm and you show up at 6:03pm after a 20 minute drive to find out it closes at 6pm, that sucks. Get your details straight on your website....ya ya, I called you at 6:08pm because the door at your office says "closes at 6pm and phones are open until 6:30pm." Say that on your website, not on the door you are trying to get into while the people inside smile as you try to open a locked door. Nobody "calls" anymore. Get with the program and update your website so I don't 40 minutes round trip for nothing.

Why is the Downtown to Defiance trolley temprorary? And if they want buses to look like trolleys then why dont they just buy the Gillig low floor trolley instead? It looks a lot better than a C40LF.

Someone please explain to me why this isn't a scam against out of towners ? It's $5 to purchase an orca card but you can only buy orca cards in select locations. That in itself is as inconvenient as it gets. Secondly, the orca cards need to be tapped to pay, but there is no way to know your balance without tapping the card. So I tapped and there was a charge of 5.25 on the card I was supposed to be using. I called to get the transaction reversed and it takes 5-7 business days for an approval to refund. I will be out of town by then and it makes the entire public transportation a moot point. It was supposed to SAVE us money. It was supposed to be MORE convenient then dealing with Hertz or Dollar car rentals. It has been so far the opposite. Once the refund goes through (if it does) then I will be in Las Vegas back to my life and job. And guess what? To get an orca card refund THEY DO NOT REFUND THE $5 to get the card and it costs $10 to issue a refund. Scam central!
