Starline Luxury Coaches

We recently took a Starline bus to Leavenworth, WA for the Christmas Lighting. The driver was great, he got us there and back safely in the bad road conditions, and had a great attitude considering the unhappy people on the bus. On the flip side the bus was less than a great ride. The weather was in the low 20's, and the heat wasn't working except up by the driver everyone was super cold including children. It was mentioned to the driver and he expressed it was on all the way. The restroom door would not close all the way nor lock so someone had to always play door monitor. There was a broken window that had been taped in many places as a "fix". We had to make a special stop at a gas station because the wipers were not properly maintained for the driver and his visibility was getting limited. The cost of the seat was $65.00 per person. I believe it should have been maintained properly and heat provided for the price. It was a miserable ride and would rather drive ourselves next time and have heat as well. Less than impressed for sure!

I am a teacher at a local Seattle school. Last summer I decided to take the children on a trip to The Zoo. This is a challenging job on its own and the transport had to be perfect for us. We booked a small bus from Starline Luxury Coaches and I couldn't be happier with the service we got. The lady who took my call was very polite and friendly. She gave me some ideas on the type of transport I needed. The price was excellent too. I don't often get a big budget for trips so that was a big help.The bus was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for active 8 year olds. We were picked up from the school by a very polite young man who dropped us off at the Zoo and picked us up on time afterwords. I would recommend Starline Luxury Coaches thoroughly to anyone looking for quality, affordable transportation for a large group.

My husband and I are big fans of Casinos. After he had to have some major back injury, we don't get to go very often. I decided to do something special for his 50th birthday. A friend suggested we book a shuttle service and go to Eagle Casino for the day. I was able to persuade 12 friends to jump in on the idea. I booked the bus from Starline Luxury Coaches and could was very happy I did so. The customer service I received was first class, along with the quality of the bus service.The driver was very polite and the bus was wonderful. Air conditioned and clean, with plenty of room for all of us. A lot of us are business people and thus, we had a number of laptops on the bus. The tables on the bus gave us all tons of space.Starline Luxury Coaches are an excellent, professional and courteous company with a very reasonable pricing structure. I would recommend them without hesitation. A+++
