Greyhound: Bus Station

Great customer service. Buses are usually on time. There is wifi on bus but it's slow. Unable to stream video. There is also outlets but some don't work. It is a lot cheaper if you buy your ticket online in days advanced. Heads up not all greyhound locations sell tickets. You must buy online or use the cash option and pay for your ticket at a participating store.

This place sucks! Rude customer service, don’t care if bus was late or not. My advice, passengers going to Everett, Wa or Seattle, Wa, take sound transit bus at Tacoma dome station right next door to greyhound. Operates daily. To Olympia, WA , take Intercity transit. That one operates weekdays only except holidays

I will never ever travel greyhound again. I suggest you do not either. My bus was late and I was kicked out of the station in the file elements while they had no idea how long I would be there waiting on the bus. I took uber to the aiport and saved myself the headache. People doing drugs on the bus and I see on the news this morning a man was on the bus with a gun!!!!! They don't even check the people boarding. The drivers don't care. No one cares. It's disgusting!!!! And don't bother asking for any refund!!!!

The day I was at this Greyhound location, I arrived at noon. The scheduled hours for this location is noon till 4:00 pm. However, the door had a closed sign on the door with a return time of 12:30. I do understand that noon is a good time for lunch, unless you are scheduled to be at work at noon and only have to be at work for 4 hours. Now, once the lady and her young daughter showed up and opened the door the service was great. She was very pleasant, her daughter was cute and talkative.

The bus from Seattle was 2 hrs late and they made everyone get out of the building at 9:30 so they could close up on time. My sister and others missed their Portland connection and delayed them many hours. Was supposed to leave at 8:30am Friday and get home that afternoon to evening and didn't get home until Saturday morning at 4 am
