Novare Res Bier Cafe

It's a great place with a HUGE beer list, but I had one major gripe. I ordered 3 different beers only to have the bartender tell me that they were out of it. I ended up settling on something I wasn't that interested in. This would be understandable if it was late at night, but I was there at probably 10:30. It can't blame them too much, but I just wonder - what's the point of keeping such and extensive beer list if you don't keep them in stock!?

This has to be one of the best beer cafes I've been to anywhere in the country! Not only do they have an excellent selection of really great beers, the staff here are totally cool people!!! And not to mention the Epic food! And I love the quaint atmosphere! If you visit Portland, you have to go here!!! Year after year, they only get better!!! I still have my shirt from an awesome night of good times there 8 years ago, this place rocks!! ☺️☺️☺️

Excellent selection of local and exotic beers. We loved the laid back atmosphere and wonderful conversations with our waitress. Great place for snacks and a night cap.

Enjoy Portland's widest and deepest beer selection. If you can't find it here, it may not be locally available. The special events, focusing upon specific breweries or beer types, are an especially fun way to learn about and taste new beers, and types of beers. For unusual beers such as lambics, recommend getting a taste or the smallest set possible so that you can confirm that you enjoy it

Kaitlyn, our server at this bar treated us like family. We had the best time here! The people are friendly and cool and the service is beyond excellent!!! Many carft beer choices to choose ftom. Met the best folks here hope to make them lifelong friends!!!
