O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Ashley was the server was excellent, never have to ask for anything. Have been requesting her as a server for the last 4 years. My steak was under cooked for the 1'st time in 4 years.

Stopped in for a steak dinner and a drink. Our server was super slammed busy but still managed to make it an amazing visit. Talk about hospitality! I'll never get tired of that lovely Tennessee accent either. Worth more than 1 visit.

I ordered the grilled chicken salad. Instead of a fresh grilled chicken breast they threw in the cold chicken chunks used for the pasta salad. I questioned the tall white manager from Chicago. He lies to my face, saying he personally just grilled the chicken himself. The staff is as bad as the food, grotesque.

Better food at the Pilot truck stop across the street. Fish was overcooked, sweet potato fries were drenched in salt and the asparagus was hard as a rock with no flavor. Waiter kept pushing $5 donation. No thanks! This is the first O'Charley's I've ever ate at and I think it will be my last.

Good food, great server...seating was a little slow with all the empty tables but aside from that, good experience!
