The waiter (by the name of kirollos) was not efficient or productive with handling the very few customers in his area. He visited his area of tables about 12 times and only refilled my cup once and kept taking too long to bring things we’d ask. The alcoholic drink that was ordered was really watered down and tons of ice. Will not be returning here sadly.

Grilled salmon was good, server was polite and overall warm atmosphere. My drink came out a little slow, along with my friend’s food which he wanted to go. But, it was no big deal!

I recently started a job near this location about 6 months ago. Since then I have visited this location 5 times. Every single time there was an issue. From getting our food over an hour after we ordered it, to overhearing service staff saying some very inappropriate comments, to getting wrong orders, not getting a refill after asking 3 times for one, I could go on and on. The issue to me seems like the attitude of the whole staff sees customer as a nuisance. I won't be giving this location any more chances. From my experience, when this consistently happens, it steams from a failure at the top. If I was the owner and saw the consistent bad reviews that all say the same thing, I would make some immediate changes to try and save this location.

I only put a star because I can't publish this without one. The manager here is highly rude. We walked in to a manager and two waiters just standing there with him and instead of greeting us he asked us to move our car from the to-go parking spot which was HIGHLY understood and we did, we cooperated with him, but as we walked back in after moving the car he was still at the very same spot and we were waiting to get seated as he was just standing there. We asked him why was he mad because he wasn't interacting with us at all after we did what he asked of us and all we wanted was to be seated and he said, "I ain't mad? YOU MAD?" You would expect that kind of response from a waiter. But keep in mind that was the reply of a "manager."

Pretty decent place to eat. Prices are ok. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich is really good and Queso Dip is great. Unfortunately they reduced the amount and type of chips you get but still good
