Ocean Blue Car Wash

Multiple vacuum cleaners where broken, and employees where just see standing around up front. You have to bring your own towels. $20 top of the line wash and bugs are still stuck all over the front of the truck. They give half a second spray on the windshield then send you through. There was also soap still on the back end of the truck. Trash cans where full, with no sign of any one coming to empty them. Not impressed at all with the Prescott sight of this car wash. Go to any other car wash then this one.

Car wash is easy to access. Great employees there! Vacumming free! Very vool place. Take my truck every month.

The location is so convenient for me. The staff is always friendly. The premises are clean and well kept. I do wish they would do a better job spraying the cars before entry. I have a monthly membership (not the cheapest) I find that the wash could be a little better. For a very long time they were out of the little wipes that are supposed to come with the wash.

Worst costermer service I have ever seen at a car wash. Employees are lazy and non attentive. Employee's too busy playing foot ball in the vacuum area. The person at the beginning of car wash barely moves 3 ft to spray your vehicle off! The Employees of the car wash should display a certain degree of professional and it appears the owner needs too come in and clean house.

Had to run my truck through a second time, since the first time it didn't clean half the hood, and failed to even rinse. They let me go a second time, and that took care of it.
