Lee at Oceanside was great to work with. The process for refinancing could not have been easier and was all coordinated online. Lee was highly responsive via email and text, left no questions on the table and coordinated the closing/notary to come directly to my home in AZ. All being said, the process was simple and completely stress free.

Laurie from Oceanside was probably the best mortgage agent I have ever worked with. When my mortgage was transferred to Oceanside, she reviewed everything my previous mortgage company provided, felt that I was overpaying, adjusted my rate and now save one hundred and fifty dollars a month. I can't say enough positive things about this company!

Participated in the VA Interest Rate Reduction program. They made it super easy, and explained the process thoroughly. Was able to do the closing right at our own home, extremely convenient. Highly Recommend!

Oceanside acquired my mortgage but sent me the wrong paperwork so my payment went to the wrong address. Even though I paid on-time they forced me to track down my payments to THEIR company. Evidently the NJ branch does not talk to the TX branch. Here is the kicker - they charged me late fees although they had the money and adversely affected my credit. When I tried to straighten this out with them, they said there is nothing they can do. Don't deal with these people if you can avoid it. They are not trustworthy.
