Garden State Home Loans is an amazing company. They made the process of purchasing my first home seamless and easy. Susan made herself available to me any time, and there were a few late night calls and she still was kind enough to answer. Susan explain everything to me very thoroughly; she gave me all information on loans that were available to me, not just the one that she felt I should get. I was able to make informed decisions based on the complete and accurate information that she gave me. Susan fought very hard to ensure that I received the best rates possible. The rates that this company is able to get is by far better than another mortgage lender that I looked at. I actually switch to this lender after my original lender came back with a crazy rate. Susan, Heather, and Joy were all amazing to work with. Heather called and talked me of the ledge a few times, with having to deal with the seller of the home i was purchasing. The response time they give you is quick. It would seem as if you were their only client. The turnaround time on a loan process by garden state home loan is by far the fastest I’ve seen completed. This is a no none sense, company. Straight to the point and they look out for you. I would never go anywhere else. I would recommend this company to anyone that is going through the home buying process. Garden state home loan went above and beyond to make this process easy for me.

I'm under 30 and a first time home buyer. I also work at a bank. The team at Garden State Home Loans was very professional, accurate, helpful and informative. We closed very quickly with no major issues. I spoke with 4 other lenders. From the beginning and throughout the entire shopping period, GSHL offered the lowest Rate and APR. Awesome service. We were looking for a refinance and they gave us with the best rates, and we were able to close in 2 weeks (everything went pretty smooth and we are still surprised that we were able to close so soon). The notary came home, explained the whole process, and closed the deal. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

I have refinanced a few times but this company made it very easy. Joe Gervasi was available to me anytime of day and provided unprecedented customer service. The web portal was very easy to use and saved me a ton of paperwork.
