With his help and guidance, we applied for a FHA construction/purchase loan. 203k I think it's called. Best decision I've made in a while. After all was said and done, we're living in one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood, and we got it for almost $50,000 under market because of the work needed. The guy is a genius!
