I have worked in real est. for 33 years and by far this is the worst underwriting dept and processing dept i have every worked with they had 30 days to get me a mtg commitment on my own home with a easy 10 % Down mtg and a credit score over 700 and they dropped the ball I lost the house I wanted . My client at the same time was in the loan process with oak /republic bank and he lost his house due to appraisal that for this home the appraised value came in at 60k below sales price. the appraisal was ordered by oak mtg republic bank he went with new company and got approval in 2 weeks with a good appraisal please do not use this company Michael murphy CRS.GRI.B.S.Broker /sales rep re/max affiliates re/max hall of fame , over 150 million dollars in career sales volume

I am a Realtor for Keller Williams and was purchasing my first home this spring. I was buying a short sale and my original lender had difficulties with closing so I switched to Oak. They managed to close the deal last minute in a matter of 2 weeks with minor headaches. They are very organized and always answer their phones in a timely matter. I would highly recommend Oak Mortgage for your clients and for personal lending.

Took a mortgage on my first home through oak. I worked with Chris Murray. It was a fast streamlined process with excellent commuication. Oak made the process much easier than i anticpated.

This company is lacking professionalism! Took 4 months to close on my home, due to poor communication. I even tried reaching out to one of the senior Vice Presidents for assistance in expediting the process, to no avail. There seemed to be very little, to no knowledge on what criteria is even needed to meet certain loan requirements. Highly unlikely to refer!
