Off the Record

Had an okay time here - the food and drink were outrageously priced, but the atmosphere was perfect. We were tucked into a corner and loved the quiet, respectful service. Maybe a little cheaper and we'd be back for sure!

Went for drinks after work. Expensive but quality drinks. A bit of slow service

Expected something swanky and upscale. Turns out to be weird and boring. 4 other customers there at 5:30pm. Sat at very small bar right in front of 2 bartenders. Not an acknowledgement from either. The one right in front of us was smelling and looking skeptically at the liquor bottles before pouring drinks for someone else. Other bartender left to get ice. Indian music playing. Luckily, the bartenders' delays and lack of attention allowed be to make a smart for decision to leave before I was asked to order anything. Not missing anything by going elsewhere.

Can get packed at night but for good reason. The cocktails are out of this world. Can't frequent this place overly often - prices are on the high end - but love to come here for special occasions or to bring visitors. The snacks they provide are an excellent touch.

Great location just blocks from the white house. The atmosphere is killer and cocktails are just fantastic.
