Nice environment, friendly staff, very accommodating to some changes our large party made with some of the meals on the menu. The food was made to perfection. I ordered the Lamb sandwich with french fries and I couldn't eat it all .. nice portions for lunch. Downtown DC has very little parking so it's always best to park in a garage (of they have space open). I also believe this location has Valet parking

The restaurant is located across the street from the National Portrait Gallery, which closes at 7pm so it's a perfect place for dinner after a visit to the museum. The bread was good. I got the seafood pot with lobster, shrimp, mussels and duck sausage which was excellent. My husband's beef short ribs was cooked perfectly. The fried apricot pie was delicious.

Really good food and a cool atmosphere. Got our food relatively fast, but then again, there were not really many people there.

Beautiful restaurant/ bar. Impressive bar tender didn't flinch when I ordered a Negroni, popular in the 1920's. It was great. Raw oysters were impeccable.
