Gabbie was the young lady who waited on me today. She was professional and her attention to detail outstanding! Gabbie went above and beyond for me, she is very tech savvy. I can't say enough to explain her knowledge of your operation. Kudos for her.

Went in today to buy a desk that was on sale. Walked around trying to find the actual one that was in flyer. A sale associate was standing there a papers in her as if she was doing inventory. Not one time did she acknowledge me or asked if I needed any help. I looked around and was surprised to see that the officer furniture had some great prices. After, standing there, looking around to see if she was going to say anything, I walked to the front passing the cashier, who asked me if I found what I was looking for, I said I sure did but I guess something was wrong with my money because the associate back in furniture didn’t wantvmy business. He offered to help me, but. by then I was pissed. I won’t go back in there !!

Went in to get my laptop looked at by the computer tech awhile ago. To be quite honest, I was afraid that with my age and lack of computer knowledge I would get talked down to or impatient service. Instead Gaby was friendly professional and helpful, explained everything she was doing and why the issue happened. She took her time with me and an hour later my laptop was functioning again. Will definitely be back for all my computer needs.

Easy to find what I'm looking for, sometimes customer service isn't great.

I waited over 25minutes looking at printers because our ministry is looking to purchase one for the church, no one ever greeted me not asked if I needed assistance, so I left the store and no one even acknowledged that I had been in the store. If there were a no star that would be what I would give them. I will give our business to Staples who meet every one of the points Office Depot didn't. I give you a thumbs down.
