Ordered an item online. I arrived at the store and they couldn't find it. They had me pull up the order which had a status of "Held for LPR." They said that meant my credit card was flagged and it wouldn't be resolved. They said to call customer service (which was closed). They said there was nothing they could do that warning wouldn't be resolved on it's own. I had used an online coupon and didn't want to pay full price at the store. So, they did nothing. Later that evening, I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. Complete waste of time!

I purchased an Epson printer which is working great. I was sold the wrong printer cartridges twice. It's hard to return after wasting nearly $100.
