I've had real good service hear in the last 2 years or so ever since they replaced the manager that acted like he wanted to be somewhere else. The birds like it too. They line up on the roof and wait for cars to dive bomb on. :)

Big store. More employees than customers. Everyone is very helpful. Prompt service. Courteous, friendly help gets you on your way with minimum amount of wasted time.

Really difficult to find a mouse pad. Stupidly I figured it would be with the mice, when that failed I searched desk accessories, nope. Anyway it seemed like the staff were actively avoiding customers. Also the prices were pretty high for pens and pencils and whatnot.

Office supply stores are fading away. Considering the business struggles, they offer good prices and reasonable service.
