I needed to reuse an UPS envelope and I was unfamiliar, the associate was very knowledgeable and took time to work with me.

Friendly phone service with some waiting. Spoke with two different associates. The item I asked about was not in stock. When I asked when the item would be in stock, the associate told me she wasn't sure and didn't offer to check. Seemed like she wanted to get off the phone. Would have given a higher rating if she had taken the initiative to check.
