Office Depot

I brought my iPhone 7 in for the cracked screen to be fixed yesterday morning. 5 hours later I came in to pick up my phone and I immediately noticed that the colors on the screen were now dull. Red was a dark pink, greens were blueish and altogether everything looked washed out. They offered to replace the screen so I let them and again there was no difference. They claim to use “OEM grade” screens and they are not. I never leave negative reviews but I am not happy and am going to have to buy a new phone.

Yesterday, I had a 600+ page instruction manual printed here. I asked that it be bound, and the person behind the counter said that it would be done, certainly by this afternoon. She said they'd try to call and let me know. 2:45 this afternoon, no call but I went to get the bound volume. Another young person there told me that the person who accepted my order did not know that they could not bind volumes that big. They hadn't done anything to it. She asked if I wanted it bound in two volumes, I said yes. Her manifest attitude was arrogant and condescending; she made no hint of any regret that I had wasted a trip to Office Depot in accordance with yesterday's commitment from their clerk, uttered not one word of courtesy. She said she intended to call, but she had come in at 1:00. Again, this was 2:50. Friends, I am an easy and compassionate customer. I've been on the receiving end of belligerence too many times; I think the clerk from yesterday, who has bleached hair growing out dark, will verify that. I am 72, and I've seen a lot. Being patronized and blown off by a late adolescent clerk is neither something I want nor deserve. Both I and Office Depot deserve better.

There aren't many brick-and-mortar office supply stores open anymore, so it was a delight to roll into this store and find Rolodex cards, among other things. Neatly organized into departments, everything from planners to printers to paper are available in large and small quantities. While this is not a discount office store, it offers a complete range of office products, including ink cartridges, printers, computers, cables, accessories and more. Store associates are helpful if you need help or advice.

Harrison the new store manager is awesome and well educated in his field. Great Service & Prices !! Love Office Depot, The one on TV Hwy is awesome also Scott runs a great crew..
