I ordered same day pick-up business cards on Tuesday. It was ready to be picked up last night at 8:00 pm. That was too late for me to pick them up so I have to pick them up today (Friday). The associate was pleasant but the wait was not.

I spent a half hour at the office supply store looking past camera tripods, drones and greeting cards trying to find unlined junior sized paper. Somehow there is ample shelf space for febreeze but not for paper...at an office supply store. Not so much as an acknowledgement from employees.
