Every time I try to go here, because it's closer, I remember why I prefer to go to the one at Beach & Hodges. Impossible to get help (when either you need help with something or are picking up online orders). Management is PART of the problem. In store 25 minutes today for what should have been an in-and-out thing. They need to just close this location, since no one working there gives a damn.

It's convenient and has additional services to assist. I went here to print something off of email because somehow the libraries on the south side don't open until 1. The lady was really kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The only con is the wait can sometime be a burden.

Went today to mail some pictures. Stood in line by myself for several minutes with different employees looking at me but noone even acknowledged me. Finally, I said " I just have a question". I get the "stink face" from one of the male employees who proceeded to tell me that they would be right with me. Meanwhile, I call UPS and they are a half a mile down the road and said they could help me. As I was leaving someone asked if they could help me.. a little too little and too late. There was no customer service and everyone looked like they hated their job.

The store is extremely clean and open. Everything was very easy to find. I spent most of my time in the printing dept and the staff was very helpful and efficient. Thanks guys!
