Ogden Police Department

I am giving you a 5 Star is because I really do think you guys and girls can (become a 5 star). There are really great men and women that do actually still exist in this department. I’ll keep trying and hopefully you will too.

Family member cited for non-violation. Unfortunate misuse of power. Like to support police department but a challenge when officers misuse their power.

Some officers are great. Some are not. They could do alot better in shutting down noise. They do not return calls when asked for contact with the officer. Could be alot better.

My new born baby was born with a very common disease. Called hursbrungs disease he was life flighted to primary childrens hospital : after about 2 months of caring for aiden we decided to have him go through with a low risk surgery to correct what he was born with. He was pushed Home Pretty fast to me a little to fast. 2 weeks after surgery he had a rare complication to his surgery and I almost lost my cute beautiful baby boy. I did my part by getting him to the emergency room !.. They and I saved aidens life right before he was life flighted back to primary childrens hospital they asked what could this have been caused by and I said he just had a surgery 2 weeks ago for hursbrungs disease. That all made since but I was then treated like a criminal by the ogden city police department. They were accusing me of harming my baby they even got a search warrant for my property. My baby wasn't even at my property when he became sick. I was in shock and I new my baby would make it through they were locking us out me and my 3 others boys who are older we couldn't even enter our home to gather clothing. They told me my baby wasn't going to make it and that we must have had something to do with why he's there . The morning comes I was notified that aiden made it through and that he had scare tissue build up and that made his large intention fold and it was cutting off his blood flow. So again a complication to the surgery is what it was but how this police department handeled the situation that night shows how badley trained these officers are. I told them he was born with hursbrungs disease. They chose not to believe me. Instead they acted like a bunch of animals and treated me like I was doing something wrong I saved my babies life and now he's strong and healthy and happy. This will give those a heads up to know to be careful out there sometimes the law will try and work against us. They are the worst department by far.
