Worst police department ever good luck getting an officer to your house within 4 hours of calling in a stolen car you won’t. These guys are worthless.

We just bought 1984 motorhome that we knew needed some work but we didn't think it would breakdown on the way home. Our motorhome broke down in a center turn lane where we were blocking traffic. The Layton police showed up and helped us push our rv to a parking lot. We got it running again only to have it break down 2 more times! Each time the Layton police showed up, blocked traffic and helped us push our rv. After such a stressful night, to be treated so professionally and politely without hesitation by the police made the already challenging situation much better. We don't live in Layton but we will never forget the assistance they provided us.

I've lived in this city for close to 2 decades and like other cops, these tend to favor those of middle class or higher social status, other people in most cases are not treated with the same respect or consideration regardless of guilt or innocence. I have sought help from them before and was met with attitudes of unwillingness and ridicule. I have, during most times innocent from any crime, been subject to much harassment and ignorance from this worthless trash.

I've had my fair share of run-ins with the police. They have a tough job. I notice majority of these negative comments are from people that don't possess the best grammar. I've been arrested more times than I can remember. In my experience, be polite, don't lie and keep your hands in plain sight. However, most of the guards at the jail should wear Nazi uniforms. It's more fitting for them. Lol......not kidding.
