Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I've been here twice after an assembly I've had and the experience has been wonderful both times:) The food is so tasty and if you love Italian food like me this is a good spot to go. The salad they give is so good and full of flavor and I really enjoyed the angel hair pasta with meatballs. Someone in my group ordered shrimp scampi, I kept looking at their plate😅 ( I'm getting that next time I go). I didn't even know Olive Garden had vanilla ice coffee on the menu. BONUS! It was some kind of good! The waitress both times were great especially the one yesterday. Bubbly and great personality. Thanks Olive Garden !!

I love this Olive Garden, the atmosphere is amazing. The Servers are incredible, and polite. you feel very welcome there. Last time I went it was my Birthday and our Waitress Skyler was incredible. Highly Suggest this Olive Garden. They play Lovely Music too

Passed through the entry at approximately 7:15pm. There were several parties waiting, but there were only two of us. We were seated immediately. Jasmine - our waitress - provided exceptional service. She anticipated many of our wants, followed up without being asked but did not hover. Thank you, Jasmine. The food was good as always, and we left the restaurant about 8:45pm - stuffed and happy.

I love this Olive Garden. The building is quite lovely. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Our waitress was phenomenal. Our drinks were always topped off and we had extra napkins for our grandson. If you like Olive Garden...this is one surpasses any other you will visit.

I'll start with the negative. There was a strange smell right when we walked into the front door. The wait time was about 30 minutes but when we were shown to our table, there were about 5 other open tables in the room. The waitress seemed uninterested and stressed out, possibly due to being understaffed. She didn't offer to bring me a fresh glass of water when I showed her that I had a piece of paper suck to the inside of mine and she hardly cracked a smile the entire time. I'm fairly easy going when dining out - not too picky about food, and don't ask for much in service, but a clean glass of water is pretty important. If you happen to catch Olive Garden on a night when customer service is solid, then it will likely be an overall good experience. The actual food was enjoyable and filling. I ordered lasagna and my fiance had the tour of Italy. While it may not be the most creative Italian in the Charlotte region, the food is comfortable both in flavor and texture. The bread sticks are always great. I don't think our experience was poor enough that we'll never go to Olive Garden again. I suspect we just caught them on a bad night for service. With that said, we'll probably wait a while to return so that the memory of a poor experience fades.
