Red Rooster

My husband and I visited this establishment last week, we already Thought that it would be good because every time we pass by the restaurant it's packed. We just moved but this is the first restaurant we've been too since moving to our new town. If you like southern comfort food, then this is the place you should go. We both ordered the chicken livers plate with white rice, gravy and green beans. I have to say it was the best meal I've had in a while. Not expensive, but don't go in expecting frills either, just country charm.

Awesome, homemade to order food! Stopped here for breakfast with a bunch of teenagers. Great value for your money!! Friendliest staff around! Even bought some cute t shirts!

Red Rooster always the best place to eat in Cowpens, cant find nothing better than Red Rooster, i eat there 6 days a week, mainly mornings, dont usually eat there afternoons or evenings cuz im usually asleep for work at night, but still great food, and love the staff that work there

I always go here for a good hot dog, plus their salads and burgers are great too. You can't go wrong with this place, their is love going into these foods. The workers are incredibly nice and they don't dilly dally.
