Shake Shack - Park Road

It seems that with a call time of 9pm I was able to avoid the line. Walking past the scores of empty trays gave me hope that I would want to inhale my burger 🍔 and fries 🍟. Good and fast service when the line isn't out the door. I got a plain burger and fries. It was enjoyable though pricey. I'd recommend it and next time I will try a Shake!

I had never eaten at a Shake Shack and my first time was perfect! We went opening day and waited in line. It was well worth the wait. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing!!!! The cheese is what sells you, it's so good! Can't wait to go back!

This place is the best! My girlfriend came here about a week ago and told me how good it was so we went out again tonight. My credit card number was recently stolen and we ended up not having enough cash on us, but they gave us the food anyway. Their food and customer service has won our loyalty!

First of all, the line to this place is excessive. I arrived a little after 7pm and had my food at about 8pm, and from what I have heard that's pretty good time. I don't think this is one of the top burgers in this city but it's decent. Albeit, I was impressed with the fries and shake. Be sure to order a double burger because the single seemed small. I would recommend this place but maybe after it dies down. Can't complain about the environment they have made.

The first of two slated for the greater Charlotte area -- Fast-casual (I hate that term too) food. We've gone on weekdays here, and the line is always out the door but moves quickly. Friendly, well staffed kitchen and FoH makes it easy to get your food quick. Good burgers, fries & shakes at decent prices.
