Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We had a horrible experience and left hungry. I took a late lunch at around 1:45. We ordered our entrees by 2:00. By 2:48, we still did not have our food. They were not busy. The waiter told us the kitchen messed up our order, so they were remaking it. I had to get back to work. At about 3:00, I asked for a manager. I told him that I just wanted to pay for the salad and my soda, because I had to get back to work. The waiter was very nice. They apologized and comped the soda and the salad. I left aggravated and hungry, because I had to skip lunch today. This is NOT the place to go for lunch. I will NOT be going back. I really liked Olive Garden too.

Olive Garden is the fast food version of Italian food. I've eaten in Olive Gardens in several places and always enjoyed the food. They have several all you can eat items on the lunch menu so go before 12:00 to avoid waiting for a table.

My family comes here pretty often. The service is always great, the food comes out hot and within a good time frame with no complaints. I've never had a bad experience here.

My husband surprised me with a date night last night something that doesn’t happen often with 2 kids. We drove 2 hours because we don’t have a Olive Garden where we live just to be disappointed my husband had the shrimp and chicken cabarnara and I always order the tour of Italy. My husbands food was good besides the chicken it was tough and my fettuccine pasta was hard and over cooked my lasagna had big chunks of meat in it and my chicken Parmesan was hard to cut into. To top it all off I keep having to go to the bathroom the food made me very sick so much so that we will take our date nights elsewhere we won’t be back. I actually give negative stars if that was possible.

Never again. The one waiter that we had for 20+ people was super nice, but should not have had to serve us on his own and the food wasn't good. Also my sons food got burned and had to be remade. Didn't come out until we were ready to leave.
