Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My favorite Olive Garden! Food is always excellent. We ate there and as usual had an awesome meal - Great flavor and wonderful taste. We also had an outstanding waiter - Dominic (Domo). He was very well versed in what Olive Garden has to offer. He explained every question we had ..... making sure we knew all about our food. He is a great example of what to expect of a waiter at Olive Garden. I would hope all wait staff is as well prepared.

The new bolognese dish is less than impressive. The pics do not represent the actual size. One layer of noodles . Maybe 3 pieces of short rib. Service was good until the end. She didn't bother to ask if we wanted to order another round of drinks or any dessert.

Food was great as always. Prices are definitely reasonable. The never ending pasta is going on right now. Who can skip that?!?!?! Service was amazing!!!!!! Our waiter was very attentive without being annoying. Always a huge plus. Drinks were refilled without having to wait. Will definitely be back to this location

We were told a 20 minute wait for a table but wound up waiting nearly an hour and a half. We asked if we would be seated soon after about 50 minutes, but since we weren't belligerent to the staff we watched others who were there after us get seated first because the staff wouldn't hold their ground in the seating order when they asked more rudely than I. Never received an apology for the long wait, and had to wait longer than usual for food as well. Merits 2 stars because the food was good and I am willing to concede that on a Friday night that there will always be waits at restaurants, but the staff handled this rush horrendously.

It is the month of Ramandan (Ramadan Mubarak) so I have been fasting ALL day. I finally decided to get some olive garden cause it's very close to my house and I was so in the mood for it. So, this location closes at 11pm and I called around 10:30ish to place a no-go order with Tim. He has a very nice and welcoming voice. Before, he took my order he just wanted make sure I will be there to pick up and I reassured him I live very close so I can be there quick. I also get the shrimp Alfredo but I wanted to try some calamari too and he highly recommended he said I wouldn't be disappointed. So, I packed my 9 month old with me and we went to pick my order up. When, I came home I put my baby in her crib turned on her Trolls and was about to enjoy my calamari first. Then, I noticed there was NO sauce with it 😱 I hurried up and called back and luckily Tim answered again. I told hime what happened and he was like can you come back? And I was like "I just put her in the bed." He was like "you don't even got to come out the car I will come to you" so her grandmother was here where I could run out quick to get the sauce (that is all I really cared about) but Tim comes out with more then enough sauce AND a $15 gift card. That was extremely unexpected and I thanked him dearly. He said, "Thanks for coming back and letting me fix this" man that is some GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE 💯 He definitely made my night. Hope you get to see this TIM. YOU ARE AWESOME THANK YOU!!!
