Ristorante Bartolotta

Amazing food and service. A pretty accommodating place too. We were visiting from out of town. We had a $20 coupon. I didn't notice until we were at the restaurant that it wasn't available for use on Saturdays. They honored it anyway. My husband got the black truffle tasting menu and it was spectacular. I'm not a huge fan of octopus but the charred octopus appetizer was amazing. The carpaccio was perfect. It wasn't the most fun sitting by the table close to the restrooms but the meal more than made up for that.

Food was good, service not so much. We had a party of 8, and showed up on time. The waitress took care of table of 4 before us. No big deal. She came to take appetizers order, and without even giving us an opportunity to ask questions she bailed. Didn't offer specials. Didn't come up once during dinner. I understand it was busy, but I would suggest to concentrate on quality, not quantity. If we were to come back, we would do so during not busy hours.

Great food but noisy. The kitchen was very slow this past Monday night. It shouldn't take 2 hours to eat dinner here. However, they did deduct the cost of 2 of our desserts to apologize for the delay. That was nice of them and I will certainly eat there again.
