Always one of the best pizzas in town.  Great thin crust,  good sauce,  the sausage is really fresh.  Fresh mushrooms available for the pizza.  Best eggplant in Milwaukee! (....and I don't even like eggplant), good sides of octopus... decent quality wines by the glass to go with their Italian menu. They've won awards for years,  and they deserve all of them... really 4.75 stars.

As I sit and eat after a long day of driving. I had a desire for authentic Italian food. Balisteri's is the perfect Oasis! I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was a culinary delight!

Some of the most delicious pizza I've ever had, served in the most odd container (bagged, on a cardboard slab). This is the kind of pizza gem you devour piping hot with one of your best friends after not seeing eachother in a year plus. So delicious you don't mind its burning the roof of your mouth - or the paint off the trunk of his car. Enjoy as carry out or in their rustic dining room, and go with the extra sauce extra cheese and basil ONLY. You wont regret it.

Small family feel, big Italian flavors. I recommend the fried eggplant to start, try a crispy flat bread pizza, and the Tortellini Alfredo. The sauce is all made from scratch at the time of order. No premade pots of sauce. Amazing spices and herbs delicately blended into their creations.
