Olympus Encantada Luxury Apartments

I have lived at Olympus Encantada since May 2020. My apartment is a two bedroom two bath on the ground floor. The maintenance personnel especially Tony, Angelo, Scott, and Ryan are especially helpful when I have a problem in my apartment or need assistance with a maintenance issue. Brian is especially helpful and so is Tony I see them working hard driving their carts around the complex all day. The staff at the apartment complex especially Brandy and Adrienne have been extremely helpful with any questions I had and always quick to respond. Nachita It’s always helpful and you see her often around the grounds making things look beautiful. I have loved living here and would recommend this apartment over any other apartment complex in Albuquerque New Mexico.

I have been living here about a year now and can say it's been a great experience. Its safe and quiet almost all of the time. The front desk staff is always very helpful. Dani, more specifically, is always so kind and willing to help with anything that we need! She is always in a wonderful mood and makes sure to inform me of anything going on around the property when I see her. This, to me, is super helpful because with my busy schedule, I don't always have time to keep up. Thank you, Olympus Encantada, for all you do!

We LOVE this complex! Awesome leasing staff especially Dani, fast & knowledgeable maintenance guys, and great neighbors. Our complex grounds are clean and well kept. We have thoroughly enjoyed the pool and gym facilities in past 5 months too! Don't bother with any other apartment complex - Olympus Encantada is the BEST in town.

I’ve only lived here for a couple months but from the time I arrived to now I’ve been impressed. From the facility, the modern apartment styles, and the cleanliness. To the many amenities they have to offer. My favorite being the gym because I work out so often and its always accessible. Danielle at the residential office is always very helpful when I need anything as well.

I lived here 2021-2022. Great place to live if you can afford it. Easy access to I-25, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and other facilities available within a 5 minute drive. Apartment complex is clean, well maintained, and the staff are very helpful. Units are modern and spacious. The price is high, but if you can afford it, this place is great!

We just moved in and Adrian has been so so helpful. He made time to let us tour our unit multiple times before moving in and even found a way to let us move our things in a day early. The complex is very quiet and extraordinarily clean. We’re very happy with our decision to move here!

Just moved here a month ago. The whole team was super helpful in helping me with the process, especially Dani! Very professional and willing to work with you to make sure you’re all set for your future home. The apartment itself was clean when I moved in and the community is friendly.

I've lived here for a little over a year and it's been a very positive experience. Any maintenance issues are handled right away after calling. Office staff is super friendly and helpful. Units feel very spacious with the high ceilings and the island kitchen setup. Clean gym's, pools, valet trash pickup and covered or garage parking just top off the list of amenities available to residents. Looking forward to another year here.

The best apartment I ever lived at. The leasing staff is extremely helpful especially Dani and the complex is very well managed. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately and no security issues at all. The apartments are very beautiful with very good sound proofing I used to play a drum set inside the house and never had noise complaints. About a month after I moved to Oregon, I misdelivered a couple of packages to my old address at this complex. I called the leasing office and Dani received the call. The packages had not arrived yet. But when they did arrive about a week later, Dani called my number and was kind enough to keep the packages so that Fedex could pick them up later to deliver to the right address. She went above and beyond to be such accommodating for a former tenant and I cannot thank her enough.
