Thomas at One Stop Bike Shop is wonderful and great to talk with about bike and anything. Everyone that works there was friendly and extremely helpful. The shop has everything anyone would want or need related to bikes. If you need a bike or parts stop by, if not for just the conversation.
So the used Trek that I bought off of craigslist needed help and then I brought it to Thomas and his volunteer assistant Dale. Man I'm telling you they rebuilt the rear end, new wheels and tires, new shifter cable, custom axel capnuts, brake pads, tune up, and a cool rack, if I could give them ten stars I would! Great job Thomas and Dale.
This place is the best. I've called or went to several bike shops around Denver, and this one had exactly what I needed: a great bike and excellent service. James is knowledgeable, the owner prices bikes reasonably, and you can find anything you'd possibly need there. Check here before recycling your bike, because they probably have the part you're looking for! 10/10 :
Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices, and all the bikes you could imagine
Tom was extremely helpful with helping me get everything I need for my first bike. He and his team were patient and helpful as I compared options and ask questions. I will continue to come here and recommend others do the same.
Best shop I’ve been to in a long time. Bruce noticed two major issues with my bike that another shop missed. They build bikes and love to ride.
Most punk rock bike shop in the city of Denver. Tom has been running it here for 26 years. He even invited me to their weekly ride on Wednesdays.
Helpful guy, happy to explain whatever’s needed. Has some kids bikes but mostly adult. Has used and new, take yours in for a trade! Cool art all around too if you need to wait a bit and a coffee shop a couple of doors down.
Employees were very helpful! They helped me find the things I needed for my bicycle. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy, sell or repair a bike. They have plenty of parts for repair, and multiple bike accessories!
Really disappointing. Nice owner, but the bikes that we looked at were very overpriced $250 when they should be $80 and in really bad condition brakes and both derailleurs were badly adjusted. Response to owner's comment below: all of the bikes that we looked at had been tuned up by One Stop Bike Shop but were still in poor condition when we test-road them.
