From the very get-go they have treated me like family and help me achieve goals I didn't think would come for 2-3 years as far as my prosthetic goes. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you have prosthetic needs. As far as I'm concerned they do go the extra mile for their clients. Good job!

I have finally found a place that truly cares and listen’s to your needs, concerns and fears. From the moment I first stepped into the clinic, i felt welcomed. They immediately went to work that day getting me fitted for a new socket and boy was it a beauty. The socket design gave me the ability to control the fluctuations in volume i was experiencing and I finally was no longer pounding the end of my residual limb, but they didn’t stop there. They made the prosthetic lighter and more responsive, allowing me to finally break free and be me again. Hiking, walking blocks at a time, learning to climb up stairs one leg at a time, taking dance classes and walking my 95 pound pit bull. I am living again after 5 other clinics who said “I couldn’t.”. Thank you Oregon Artificial Limb!!

I am so grateful to Oregon Artificial Limb Co. I have been taking my Aunt there for years, and their service just keeps getting better. I was nervous taking my aunt anywhere during the Covid outbreak, but I felt very safe there as they were obviously observing safe practices. I especially appreciate the senior consulting staff and new staff members Hollie and Andy. They made us feel welcome and comfortable!

These folks are great and highly professional!!! My dad lost his leg a couple of years ago and these caring people treated my dad like family. He was walking in no time which helped him regain his independence. The owner cared enough to check in to make sure his new leg was working. The prosthetist was skilled and thoughtful.

Get this - - my dad is a WWII veteran and 99 years old!!! From the very first moment on the phone with Diane until present, Oregon Artificial Limb company just keeps on giving and giving and giving! This business has made a huge difference in the overall health of my dear dad and his will to thrive! Getting the artificial leg for my dad was something most people told me would "never" happen. Oregon Artificial Limp company not only gave us amazing support, but, gave us constant guidance and help every step of the way; always going out of their way to make sure there was comfort and satisfaction. The professionalism, support and product far superseded anything we could have ever imagined would ever be possible! Lost my foot about 4 months ago was afraid I would be out of service for a while. But with help of Oregon Artificial Limb I'm up and going strong in a little over 3 months. They were fantastic made it easy to go through the process in a little over a month. Carlos is great tells you what there going be doing and week by week they do it. If there a problem they get you in and take of it right away thank you O.A.L. After 2 1/2 years have to update my post not to sure this is the right place for anyone who needs a prosthetic to much turnover in employees.Got a new socket and foot 20 months ago and they still can't get it right time after time something wrong with this company now wouldn't recommend going here anymore. In fact I changed company's in August best decision I ever made they are much more thorough.

My left leg was amputated as a result of a motorcycle accident. I have been with 3 other artificial limb providers and didn't know how great a proper fit and down to earth personalized service could be until I found these guys. I am extremely active and over the past years with Oregon Artificial Limb my activities have become greater and more frequent. If you are looking for increased mobility and people that take an interest in you and your quality of life, you can't do better than these folks. It's easy to get an appointment and they handled all of my insurance stuff. All they leave to me is to go out and enjoy life in more comfort than I had previously known. Whether I'm biking, hiking, backpacking or climbing, people are always surprised at the level of my agility. If I am dressed in long pants, you wouldn't even know I use a prosthetic device. Oregon Artificial Limb has effectively eliminated any noticeable limp. I'm not normally one to do these reviews, But these folks have done so much for me, I thought it was the least I could do.

Having to go in for a prosthesis is not fun. Loosing a limb is devastating. Artificial Limb made this experience very pleasant. The staff is experienced, very knowledgeable and very caring. I admit the visit took awhile but when I left the leg was very comfortable. I would rather have a long visit than have to come back next week for a adjustment. If you ever need there services heaven forbid I recommend them highly.
