Oregon Oncology Specialists: Dr. Catherine A. O'Brien, MD

I just recently became acquainted with Dr. O'brien thru a friend that has Breast Cancer. He had been going to Newberg Providence Hospital until a "No Trespassing" order had been in place. He had been out of his medication for almost 3 months. When we went in to Dr. O'Brien's office we were greeted immediately by a very warm and welcoming staff. It only took minutes for him to be called back to meet with Dr. O'Brien. She almost had me tearing up with the way she had her focus and attention completely on him. She put him back on his medications, asked all of the questions and then some, she said "she wanted to get to know him". I cannot sing her and her staff's praises loud enough!!! Very caring, giving, and most of all... Understanding!!!!!! Heart Of GOLD!!!
