I wouldn't recommend going to this place. Dr Hufnagel was my dad's doctor for a very short time. Not only was he rude to us, he waited until my mom and I left and went into my dad's room and told my dad who was now was by himself that he had leukemia and had 3 days to 3 weeks to live. You don't tell someone news like that when they are alone. When asked for a second opinion he threw a fit like a toddler and gritted his teeth at my mother. We had my dad discharged and he has a wonderful doctor who is the top ten doctors in the united states. My dad is now in full remission thank god. If you are looking for care, i would suggest providence medical center in Portland Oregon. It's a couple hours drive but it's totally worth it.

We were so appreciative of the care and concerns of Dr Bai during Steve's lengthy illness. We felt she went above and beyond in her care. She was always completely honest with us about his mesothelioma cancer. She found and helped him during a clinical trial. Dr Bai helped us when we were deciding on Hospice care for him. She called me the day after Steve's death to offer her condolences and appreciation of both of us.

Dr. Bai was my mom's oncologist. My mom was in the hospital for two weeks before she died, and Dr. Bai, who works in a building next to the hospital, never came to see her (even after my mom decided to stop treatment, which she knew would cause her to die soon). My mom told me how hurt she was by this. We never heard from Dr. Bai again, actually, not even a call or note to offer her condolences. She was my mom's doc for 4 years but apparently didn't care at all about her.

Doctor Hufnagel and his staff were totally exceptional, caring, efficient, and helping handle getting insurance authorized as well. Love them.
