1) Patient examination rooms are consistently dirty (visible dust, dirt, sand, debris on floors, exam tables, in corners). 2) Messages/questions left via voice mail regarding patient questions and concerns are too often ignored or returned after weeks of waiting for a response. 3) The majority of the staff dedicated to drawing blood and administering IV treatments/infusions lack the ability and experience to successfully perform a phlebotomy treatment on anyone who may have a phobia of needles or has thin veins. 4) Doctors don't communicate with each other. This can and has led to a patient being denied treatment and being mistreated when the patients main doctor goes on vacation. 5) Clinic administrators failed to follow through on a request to call a patient and his wife after a verbal altercation occurred between a doctor refusing to treat the patient and the patients wife. This altercation took place because of the failure of communication between doctors regarding a patients treatment and the patients wife advocating on behalf of her husband. --- Dr Menashe was asked to order a CT-SCAN, MRI, or Ultrasound on the liver of a patient with a disease that causes liver cancer and/or cirrhosis. Menashe refused calling it unnecessary. One year later during a CT for an unrelated condition, it was discovered that the patient had several cysts and masses on/in the liver. Patients family member called Menashe and asked for help with regards to the findings and requested Menashe visit the patient while hospitalized (hospital was across street from Menashes office). No one from Menashe's office paid a visit to the patient. Nor did anyone ever return a phone call to the patient or family member.

High quality technical care. Nurses are friendly. Patty at the front desk is awesome. Dr Crocenzi is excellent. Lost a star for the administration, because post-Obamacare the wait times have skyrocketed... access to care has gotten worse from 2012 to now. They have also increased their contracting out of services like the radiology scan reads, so billing has gotten nightmarish. Mayo Clinic has much better integrated billing.
