The automated telephone system has terrible service. Specifically in Spanish. They are no help at all. It has no options for assistance. It just keeps talking.

This place SUCKS, look at All the Negative reviews, they are attorneys policing other attorneys, the whole entire thing is Dishonest and the little girls answering the phones play games and taunt the callers instead of putting them thru to the person in charge of the case, I don't need or deserve to be treated like this. My suggestion is to go to the Dept. Of Justice if you want something done about these attorneys. In short, this Place needs to be policed by private citizens Not other attorneys, in my opinion and experience there are Few Honest attorneys, it's there profession to Persway (lie like hell) to get people to believe their LIES ! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND GET A REAL COMPLAINT BOARD OF HONEST CITIZENS ! ! !

Attorneys protecting their own. I filed a complaint against a very dishonest and unethical attorney with numerous complaints to the Bar. Like all other complaints, my complaint was also dismissed. Totally illogical and ridiculous excuses given.

They very quickly found me a lawyer who specializes in my situation and is available to handle my case at a very affordable rate. I later looked up the lawyer they recommended, and found that he is well reviewed and qualified.
